El Mondo Pizza is looking for dynamic and motivated Fast-Food Supervisors to supervise the daily operations of existing/new El Mondo pizza shops. The Fast-Food Supervisors will report to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties include:

•  Ensure adherence to the company’s policies and procedures

•  Ensure daily operations are carried out promptly

•  Ensure proper stock management

•  Train and coach staff on the job

•  Handle customer complaints on a timely basis

•  Regular reporting to Management

Key Competencies:
 

•  Good planning and organising skills

•  Disciplined and good team management

•  Ability to work odd hours and under pressure

•  Conversant with technology and office tools

• Key Qualifications & Experience:

•  HSC and/or higher-level qualification

•  Minimum 5 years work experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level

•  Experience in the fast-food environment is an advantage
